National Nutrition Week is celebrated from September 1 to September 7 every year. It aims at promoting the importance of a well-balanced diet, replete with all the necessary nutrients that our body requires for various functions and for the upkeep of our overall health. The theme of National Nutrition Week 2022 is to ‘Celebrate a World of Flavours.’ The aim is to make people have adequate nutrition in food while enjoying the different flavours of Indian cuisine.
